Earthquake on the Kyrgyzstan-China Border

A 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred on the Kyrgyzstan-China border. The Kyrgyzstan Minister of Emergency Situations, Boobek Acikeyev, announced that the magnitude felt in Bishkek was 4.5, and there were no damages or casualties; he requested the public who took to the streets not to panic.
